ONLY selected transactions will take place at the Licensing Division on Tuesday.
According to a release from the Ministry of Works on Monday, between 8 am and 1.15 pm on Tuesday transaction not available will include:
Vehicle Inspection;
Vehicle transfers;
Vehicle registration;
Change of colour;
Change of engine; and
Amendments.
Individuals with a scheduled appointment for the Inspection of Vehicles 6,000 kg MGW and up are not required to reschedule their appointment and will be accommodated during the period Wednesday, January 10, 2024 to Tuesday, January 16, 2024 1.
The release stated, “To complete a transaction, an individual must provide proof of their previously scheduled appointment.
“Additionally, individuals are reminded that proof of address (utility bill no older than three months) is required to complete a licensing transaction.
“The accepted forms of proof of address include a cable bill, home internet bill, electricity bill (T&TEC), or water bill (WASA).
“If a customer does not have a utility bill in their name, he or she is required to produce a letter of authorisation from the owner and a copy of their national identification.”
