THE United National Congress (UNC) closes three of its offices on Tuesday due to the funeral of its founder and first political leader Basdeo Panday.
Closed on Tuesday will be the Office of the Leader of Opposition at Charles St in Port-of-Spain, the UNC headquarters at Mulchan Seuchan Road, Chaguanas, and UNC Regional office at Eastern Main Road Tunapuna.
A release from the UNC stated, “UNC MPs and councillors are advised to consider closing their offices and are reminded of their obligation to ensure that members of the public are duly notified.”
