12,000 Active Covid-19 Cases with 21 More Deaths

TWENTY-ONE more Covid-19 deaths are reported in Trinidad and Tobago on Saturday.

The Ministry of Health in its latest update (#928) also reported 774 new cases taken from samples during the period December 1 to 3.

There are now 12,095 active cases, the highest number since the pandemic began.

Patients in step-down Facilities: 173

Patients in state quarantine: 99

Patients in home isolation: 10,619

Total persons vaccinated with 1st dose of a Two Dose Regime: 648,320

Total persons vaccinated with 2nd dose of a Two Dose Regime: 603,449

Total persons vaccinated with a Single Dose Regime: 44,458

Total persons with a Completed Vaccination Regime: 647,907   

Total persons with Additional Primary Dose: 32,23

Percentage of patients in the parallel healthcare system who are not fully vaccinated: 89.8%(6,408 out of 7,134) based on data from July 22, 2021 to November 17, 2021.
