FORECAST: Cloudy to overcast with periods of light to moderate showers and rain occurring over most areas. There is a 70% to 80% (high) chance of heavy showers and thunderstorms in varying localities. These conditions are expected to persist overnight. Gusty winds and street or flash flooding may occur near heavy showers or thunderstorms.
