A 16-YEAR-OLD boy has been arrested for housebreaking and larceny.
Police reported on Thursday that the boy from Riverside Drive, Brasso, was arrested on Wednesday and expected to be formally charged for the offence.
Police stated that the victim reported that around 10.30am on Tuesday, he secured his home and left.
He returned home at 8pm and noticed a window on the western side of the house open. Checks made throughout his home revealed, one Demon 2400 series amplifier, valued at $3,000 missing.
PC Ramrattansingh conducted enquires, the missing item was recovered and the suspect arrested.
