In the upset of the day, Tunisia beat mighty France but still did not move to the next round. France had a goal ruled offside in the final minute of stoppage time and were shocked by Tunisia.
Tunisia gave their fans a victory and a goal. France played a much-changed team even though Kylian Mbappe and Antoine Greizmann both came on as substitutes. It did not help to turn the situation and France still enter the next round as group winners as they square off against Poland. Wabhi Khazri scored the only goal of the match in the 58th minute and it was all that was needed.

In a match that Denmark dominated, they were unable to score any goals and are now out. Australia are into the next round for the first time since 2006 as Mathew Leckie (60th) gave them the winner. Denmark needed a win and applied extreme pressure but their lack of goals led to them crashing out of the tournament.
