OVER the next six days three repatriation flights will be returning Trinidad and Tobago nationals home.
So said Dr Maryam Abdool-Richards, the Principal Medical Officer Institutions in the Ministry of Health, at the virtual media conference of the Ministry of Health on Wednesday.
She said the flights will return from Miami, New York and Barbados on Thursday, Saturday and next Tuesday respectively.
Dr Abdool-Richards said within the next week 75 or 80 people will also be returning securing their own mode of transport.
She said the returning nationals will spend seven days in state-supervised quarantine and once they test negative for Covid-19, they will spend another seven days in home isolation.
