THERE will be additional sailings of the Galleons Passage on Friday, November 27.
The Trinidad and Tobago Inter-island Transportation Company Limited (TTIT) in a media release stated that sailing will be from Port-of-Spain at 8 am and from Scarborough at 3 pm.
The travelling public is reminded of the guidelines implemented at the ferry service to contain the spread of Covid-19.
These include the wearing of face masks at all times while on the port’s compound and during sailings, temperature screening exercises prior to entering port terminals and ferries and the practice of social distancing in the terminal and on the ferries.
Travellers are also being advised to restrict movements on vessels during sailings.
The TTIT added that it was committed to providing the vital service and thanked the public for the continued support and cooperation during this challenging time.
