COCORITE – POLICE arrest two men and seized a firearm and ammunition during an anti-crime exercise in Cocorite on Sunday night.
Officers of the St James Police Station conducted the exercise between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Sunday.
They went to Harding Place, Cocorite, where they observed two men walking along the roadway.
The men ran off but were held a short distance away.
After a search officers found a revolver and five rounds of ammunition on one of the men.
The suspects, a 23-year-old and a 19-year-old, both of Cocorite, were arrested.
