A staff member of the Trinidad and Tobago Mortgage Finance Company (TTMF) is under home quarantine, awaiting the results of a Covid-19 test.
The company issued a media release on Monday in which it stated the quarantine by the Ministry of Health is for 14 days.
However, it assured that the staff member does not interact with the public.
As a result, TTMF’s Head Office on Dundonald Street in Port of Spain was sanitized and closed as they seek direction from the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA), the Ministry and the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to ensure compliance with all Covid-19 protocols in the absence of confirmed results.

TTMF asked customers to use online service centers or visit the Arima, Chaguanas or San Fernando branch, if urgent assistance is required.
It stated that all protocols were observed, including the use of screens between staff and the public, wearing of masks, physical distancing and hand sanitisation to safeguard lives and minimize the spread of coronavirus.
