FOR attacking a 15-year-old boy with a broomstick, another teenager of the same age was charged and arrested in Tobago.
Police reported that the teenager was expected to appear before a Scarborough Magistrate on Monday charged with assault occasioning bodily harm.
He was arrested in connection with a report made to police by a boy that he was physically assaulted by another resident of the Children’s Home in which he resides.
When acting Cpl Mc Millan of the Tobago Division Child Protection Unit (CPU) who laid the charge on March 3 further investigated the claims, he learnt that the alleged victim was attacked with a broom stick and had to be treated at hospital.
The investigation was supervised by Sgt Miller.
