LISA Marie Presley, the only child of rock and roll legend Elvis Presely, has passed away at the age of 54.
Her mother Priscilla Presley confirmed this in a release.
Lisa Marie was rushed to hospital on Thursday, US media reported, stating that she suffered a cardiac arrest.
Priscilla said, “She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known.
“We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss.”
Lisa Marie had four children. Her only son Benjamin Keough committed suicide in 2020.
She was married four times to Michael Lockwood (2006 to 2016) Nicholas Case (2002 to 2004) Michael Jackson (1994 to 1996) and Danny Keough (1988 to 1994).
TMZ reported that Lisa Marie was found unresponsive in her bedroom by her former husband Keough, who also lives at the property. He performed CPR, TMZ stated.
Lisa Marie was last seen in public on Tuesday night at the Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills with her mother. The two were in tears during an emotional speech of actor Austin Butler who won Best Actor in a Film Drama for his portrayal of Elvis in a biopic of the same name.
