Subventions to the homes are made on a quarterly basis  and payments were made up to March 2021 for six of these homes that submitted their up to date documents.”

She continued, “Payment under the Community Care programme was made up to April 2021 for accommodation and care for 90 persons at 17 homes for older persons.”

Mark further asked if Government would be willing to provide any additional subvention to those homes during this period to which Cox replied, “I repeat, we have not received such reports but we will ask our Division of Aging to look into it.”
