THE Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago (LATT) has postponed its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and elections to the Council that was scheduled for Friday (March 20).
In a letter of members, the LATT secretary Shankar Bidaisee said, “This has become necessary due to the serious threat of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) which has resulted in the postponement of several public gatherings.
“LATT shall communicate with you further as to the rescheduled date, time and location of the AGM and the hosting of elections of officers and members to the Council.”
The meeting was scheduled at 3 pm in the following locations:
a. Convocation Hall, Hall of Justice, Knox Street, Port of Spain;
b. Dipnarine Rampersad & Co 4th Floor, 8-10 Gordon Street, San Fernando: and
c. Scarborough Library, 11-13 Gardenside Street, Scarborough, Tobago.
