KEEP your children at home.
This was the plea by Minister of National Security Stuart Young at the virtual news conference on Tuesday.
Young said having children outside intermingling with others was against the advice of the Ministry of Health.
He said, “Have children stay at home. The parks and playgrounds are not going to be properly sanitised at this time.
“Nobody is immune to the spread of Covid 19. Therefore with socialising, liming, playing, mixing and mingling there is the possibility will bring it back to the household where there are elderly and vulnerable persons.
“Please be more responsible and not to have them outdoors.”
Children at home as Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley has extended stay at home measures to April 30.
He also said that the Secondary Entrance Examination (SEA) will not be held in May.
