Persons interested in travelling on this specially approved flight are asked to contact Caribbean Airlines Reservations Sales and Service Centre.”
The airline reminded the public that exemption must first be granted from the Ministry of National Security via email at travelexemption@mns.gov.tt.
Passengers will travel on flight number BW3524 and departure time is at 8 a.m. with check-in time at 4 am. The price announced is US$600 for economy and US$720 for business class.
The airline has been working towards facilitating some air travel still under strict Covid-19 protocols with recent special flights to Barbados and Miami. Minister of National Security Stuart Young had said at a press conference that citizens were free to leave the country and admitted they may find difficulty obtaining flights. However upon return, they would have to undergo the mandatory 14-day quarantine period.
