MINISTER of Foreign and Caricom Affairs Dr Amery Browne travels to Washington DC to meet Unites States Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Tuesday.
A release from his ministry stated that the meeting will be held at the offices of the US Department of State and will address bilateral matters such as national security, technical cooperation, health and education, as well as other issues of importance to Trinidad and Tobago and the United States of America as well as to the Caribbean and the Hemisphere.
It stated, “While in Washington DC, the Minister will meet with other US officials and key stakeholders with a view to further deepening the very close and mutually beneficial relations between the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and the United States of America.”
