PRIME Minister Dr Keith Rowley says he is disappointed in Attorney General Faris Al-Rawi for taking part in a private event with a gathering or more than ten people all of whom weren’t wearing masks.
At a press conference at the Diplomatic Centre in St Ann’s on Saturday Dr Rowley was asked about Al-Rawi’s participation on Vibes with Voicey – an Instagram live game show of soca star Voice that was aired Thursday.
Dr Rowley said, “That is disappointing because as I said earlier on today I expect every person in a leadership position in this country to demonstrate that leadership wherever you are and whenever you’re out.
“So I am not giving any passes to anybody.”
Al Rawi played a number of games with his teammates on the Black Squad which included Superintendent Roger Alexander, Slam 100.5FM radio host on Blaze, producer Travis World and VWV Major Penny.
They played against the Red Squad including Voice, celebrity bodyguard Johnny Bravo and DJ Elon.
Alexander also beat Bravo in arm-wrestling.
The show had thousands of views.
