TWO people who were Covid-19 patients at the Couva Hospital and Multi-Training Facility have been discharged.
This now makes it three people who have been discharged after contracting Covid-19 in Trinidad and Tobago.
Minister of Health Terrence Deyalsingh alluded to two people being discharged at a virtual press conference on Friday afternoon. He said they were awaiting results from the Caribbean Public Health Agency.
The confirmation came in the Ministry of Health update #93 issued on Friday night.
The update stated that 1,090 samples have been tested with 109 being positive and eight deaths.
