An autopsy is expected to be performed tomorrow on the body of Dexter Pollard who was found dead after his car was lodged in a billboard on the Uriah Butler Highway on Friday morning.
Pollard, 50, of Oropune Gardens, Piarco, was found in the wreck of his car that ended up in the billboard of the highway near to the Caroni flyover.
Police believed that the incident occurred around 11 p.m. on Thursday, but the car was only discovered just after 6 a.m. on Friday when morning broke.
Pictures and videos of the car on the billboard were posted all over social media.
Fire officers made numerous attempts to remove the vehicle.
Police are waiting on the results of the autopsy to find out if Pollard suffered a medical emergency.
