TEN persons died of Covid-19 this week.
The Ministry of Health in its latest update (#1,237), reported that for the period January 18, 2023 to January 24, 2023, there were 381 new positive cases.
The ministry also stated that 172,880 boosters have been administered while 51.3% of the population of Trinidad and Tobago is fully vaccinated.

Total deaths by vaccination status as at January 24, 2023: 3,601 (not fully vaccinated), 328 (fully vaccinated), 390 prior to the vaccination programme.
Patients in hospital: 74 (52 in the parallel healthcare system and 22 in the hybrid system)
Total persons fully vaccinated: 718,352
Total persons not fully vaccinated: 681,648
Boosters administered: 172,880
