PORT-OF-SPAIN – THE zookeeper who was attacked by a python at the Emperor Valley Zoo in Port-of-Spain was treated at the hospital and is resting comfortably at home.
According to reports, the man was about to feed the python a rabbit when the snake attempted to bite him in the stomach.
The zookeeper was rescued by another employee who managed to wrestle the snake away from his victim.
AÂ video of the incident captured by a visitor has gone viral on social media.
