IN an effort to nurture aspiring writers, Muli Amaye, novelist, short story writer, poet, and creative writing lecturer at The University of the West Indies, will host a writing retreat in Charlotteville, Tobago, from April 18 to April 21.

Designed for individuals keen on embarking on their writing journey or looking to refine their skills and manage their writing time effectively, the three-day retreat promises a transformative experience for participants.

The programme includes three immersive writing craft workshops, personalised one-on-one sessions with a writer/coach, and free sessions allowing attendees to explore the art of writing in depth.

This retreat serves as an opportunity for potential writers to kickstart their creative endeavors and provides much-needed support for existing writers grappling with time management challenges and overcoming writer’s block.

The retreat package, priced at $3,000, encompasses shared accommodation, all meals, soft beverages, workshops, an individual coaching session, and ground transfers on Thursday and Sunday.

Amaye, the driving force behind this unique retreat, invites interested individuals to reach out for further details. She can be contacted via email at wewriteuwrite@gmail.com or through WhatsApp at +1 (868) 368 3507.
