TOBAGO records its highest number of Covid-19 cases in one day – 81
In addition, six more cases of the Delta variant were reported on the island which bought the total active Delta cases to 20.
The Division of Health, Wellness and Family Development, Tobago House of Assembly (THA) on Friday confirmed that none of these cases had recent travel history and there was no contact with persons with recent travel history.
Meanwhile, the division also reported the death of a 80-year-old man and a 65-year-old woman both with no comorbidities became the island’s latest Covid-19 fatality.
