SAN JUAN – Police are investigating the death of a 15-year-old girl who was found dead at her home in San Juan on Monday.
Investigators said Natisha Frederick was found dead at her San Juan home around 1.10 p.m. after she had complained about not feeling well.
She complained about stomach pains and relatives gave her saffron tea and other homemade remedies to try and ease her pain, police said. They said they found several ingredients next to the bed where the teenager apparently died.
An autopsy is to be performed to determine the cause of death.
Investigations are continuing.
