PORT-OF- SPAIN – AFTER eight years in temporary accommodations at the Waterfront on Wrightson Road in Port-of-Spain, the Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago returned to the Red House on Friday.
With all the pomp and ceremony of an opening of Parliament, President Paula-Mae Weekes inspected the Guard of Honour outside and addressed both Houses inside.
