GIRLS have once again outshone boys in the scholarships for secondary schools based on the 2022 Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examinations (CAPE).
Seventy-two girls were awarded scholarships out of 100. Out of these, 32 were open with 68 additional scholarships in the ten cognate groups, according to the Ministry of Education in a release on Thursday evening.
Naparima Girls’ High School was the best performing school with 19 of the scholarships followed by Presentation Chaguanas with 11.
