A 40-year-old San Fernando woman was killed just as she left her home on Wednesday morning.
Salena Mohammed, a customs broker, was flagged downed by a man as she pulled out of her garage on Palmiste Drive, Green acres.
The man then pulled out a firearm and pumped several bullets into her.
She died on the spot. Police found a number of spent 9 mm shells on the street.
Mohammed was the mother of two children 16 and seven years old.
Officers of the Southern Division Task Force, San Fernando CID, and Homicide Bureau of Region III have responded.
