PRIME Minister Dr Keith Rowley mourns with the nation on the loss of three children who were burnt in a fire on Monday.
In a statement on Facebook by his Office, Dr Rowley stated, “To the parents, all members of the family and our national community, please accept our deepest sympathy from my family to yours.
“Tonight every parent can imagine the pain which accompanies the horrible circumstances surrounding the death of those three youngsters. May you find the strength to endure, knowing that we are here for you in this period of shock, grief and incomprehensible loss.”
The Ministry of Education and the Children’s Authority of Trinidad and Tobago also issued statements on Tuesday regarding the incident adding that the family will receive the necessary support.
