Recall: Eve Evaporated Milk

BRYDENS Trinidad and Tobago issues a voluntary recall for Eve Evaporated Milk.

A release from the Ministry of Health on Tuesday, stated that it takes notes of the recall via its Chemistry, Food and Drug Division (CFDD).

It stated, “The recall issued by Brydens Trinidad and Tobago, the importer of the product, is as a result of exposure to prolonged heat.

“Brydens has identified the following batches for recall: N7 3233154AG, N7 3234154AG and N7 3164154BG.

“The Ministry advises persons who may be in possession of the recalled product with the listed lot numbers, to discontinue use immediately.

“The Ministry also takes this opportunity to remind all distributors and retailers of the need to adhere to the established procedures and protocols for food items that are to be removed from the public domain.

“The Ministry of Health will continue to monitor the situation and advise the population as necessary.”
