POLICE recover a stolen vehicle in Claxton Bay on Sunday.
In a release, the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) stated that on Saturday, a man reported that around 7.30pm, he parked and secured his white Nissan B-14 on the roadway in front of his home and went to bed.
He awoke at 5 am and discovered his vehicle missing.
An all-points bulletin (APB) was sent out and Cpl Ramjit and other officers of the Highway Patrol Road Policing Task Force South recovered the vehicle abandoned along the Solomon Hochoy Highway in the vicinity of the Claxton Bay overpass.
An inspection on the vehicle revealed that the battery and deck were missing.
