MINUTES before Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley was about to start a press conference, the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) announced its postponement.
Early on Thursday, the OPM posted on its Facebook page that Dr Rowley would host a media conference at 11am, at the Diplomatic Centre in St Ann’s.
The OPM neither gave details about what would be discussed nor why it was postponed.
A number of people expressed disappointment on the Facebook page of the Office of the Prime Minister.
One user said, “You gotta be kidding me. Come on Mr Prime Minister we need to hear from you” while another said, “But I cancel an appointment to listen to the prime minister”.
Another user posted, “The man move like Gonzalo.” and one said, “I’ll postpone my vote then!”
By 11.30 am there were more than 62 comments and the post was shared over 170 times.
