THE North West Regional Health Authority (NWRHA) began its second dose shot of the Sinopharm vaccine on Friday.
Second dose shots will continue into the weekend the NWRHA stated in a press release on Friday.
The NWRHA stated, “You are required to visit the same facility where your first dose was administered on the date indicated on your immunization card and at the same time of your initial vaccine.”
The exercise will continue on Saturday and Sunday at the Barataria, Morvant, Carenage and Diego Martin Health Centres.
The NWRHA emphasized that the weekend arrangement was for second dose Sinopharm vaccines only.
