BARCELONA’S captain Lionel Messi is set to make a return to competitive football for the first time since July.
He has been named in Barcelona’s squad for Tuesday’s Champions League opener with Borussia Dortmund.
He has recovered from a calf injury.
Messi last played in July during the Copa America for Argentina and has missed Barca’s opening four games.
He was passed fit after Monday’s training session.
Barca have only won two of four La Liga games without him.
