Dear Editor,
As a concerned citizen of Trinidad and Tobago, I am compelled to express my deep disappointment with the current state of affairs under the leadership of Keith Rowley and the PNM government. While the people of our nation grapple with high crime rates, poverty, injustice, inequality, and financial scandals involving key government figures, it is disheartening to witness our Prime Minister jetting off to other parts of the world after a long vacation.

Enough is enough. The citizens of Trinidad and Tobago are fed up with the lack of accountability and the disregard for the pressing issues that affect our daily lives. It is evident that the current administration has failed to address the urgent needs of the people.
We demand change. We demand leaders who are committed to serving the interests of the people, not their own self-interests. It is time for Keith Rowley and his government to step down and make way for individuals who are capable of leading with integrity, compassion, and transparency.
Trinidad and Tobago deserves better. We deserve Mrs Kamla Persad-Bissessar and a UNC government. We deserve leaders who will prioritise the well-being of all citizens and work tirelessly to create a more just and prosperous society. It is time for a new chapter in our nation’s history, and it begins with holding our leaders accountable and demanding the change we so desperately need.
