Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago – A new era of modern and sustainable living is on the horizon in the capital city of Port of Spain with the introduction of La Savane Residences, a premier residential complex aimed at revitalising the urban landscape.
With commercial spaces on the ground level and a total of 112 residential units, La Savane Residences offers a variety of living options, including one-bedroom units starting at TT$2 million, two-bedroom units at TT$3 million, and three-bedroom units at TT$4.5 million.
It will be constructed on Keate Street in Port of Spain and located opposite Memorial Park bounded to the North by Keate Street, to the South by Gordon Street, to the East by Charlotte Street and to the West by Frederick Street.
The top level features six penthouse suites, ranging from three-bedroom penthouse suites at TT$6 million to four-bedroom penthouse suites priced at TT$8 million, each including two parking spots.
At a media launch hosted at The Brix Autograph Collection in St Anns on Friday, Kimberly Carr Hamilton, the Chief Executive Officer of Memorial Plaza Development Limited, a private and special purpose company of UDeCOTT, revealed the vision behind La Savane Residences as the company’s inaugural signature project.
She said, “Our aim is to make Port of Spain more attractive for residential purposes incorporating business elements such as rental opportunities, Air BNB, and create a multipurpose environment with the needs of the community and surrounding commercial activities.

At La Savane Residences, we aim to provide a living experience that embodies elegance, comfort and convenience. Our residences are meticulously designed for the modern urban dwelling in mind.”
