A man and his son are charged with the murder of a taxi driver.
James Eastmond, 58, and his son James Eastmond Jr, 31, were charged on Friday for the murder of 42-year-old Taxi driver, Darryl Villafana after advice from the Director of Public Prosecutions Roger Gaspard SC.
The two were arrested on January 1, 2021, by PC Marshall of the Northern Division Task Force, after police officers responded to a report of wounding at Geranium Drive, Coconut Drive, Morvant.
Reports state that around 4 am, two men entered the home of Villafana armed with cutlasses.
Both accused are expected to appear in court on Monday 11th January, 2021.
