MICAL Teja, also known as Mical Williams, solidified his status as the favorite for the road by clinching the highly coveted 2024 Road March title with his infectious hit DNA.
Teja’s rhythmic anthem outshone the competition, securing an impressive 341 plays, leaving behind the energetic Carnival Contract by Bunji Garlin, which garnered 225 plays.
The announcement, made during a media conference on Wednesday at the Queen’s Park Savannah, was delivered by Ainsley King, the President of the Trinidad and Tobago Unified Calypsonians’ Organisation (TUCO).
Patrice Roberts claimed the third spot with her compelling track Anxiety, amassing 48 plays.
