THE total death figure for Covid-19 has crossed 4,200.
The Ministry of Health in its latest update (#1,220), reported that for the period September 22, 2022, to September 27, 2022, there were 584 new positive cases.
The ministry also stated that 168, 714 boosters have been administered while 51.2% of the population of Trinidad and Tobago is fully vaccinated.

Total deaths by vaccination status as at September 21, 2022: 3,490 (not fully vaccinated), 315 (fully vaccinated), 390 prior to the vaccination programme.
Patients in hospital: 124
Total persons fully vaccinated: 716,991
Total persons not fully vaccinated: 683,009
Boosters administered: 168,714
Patients in the parallel healthcare system who were not fully vaccinated were 16, 719 or 79.3%, while 4, 358 or 20.7% were fully vaccinated based on data from July 22, 2021, to September 21, 2022.
