Breach in CXC Papers

THERE has been a breach in security with respect to the Caribbean Secondary Education Council (CSEC) and Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) papers.

This according to the Ministry of Education (MOE) in a release on Wednesday.

It stated that it was informed by the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) of a breach in security.

The ministry stated that CXC was currently investigating the matter and will provide further information to all regional Education Ministers.

It stated, “The situation is being closely monitored, and the MOE will provide updates on this serious matter as they become available. Students and parents are advised that at this time, there are no proposed changes to the CSEC and CAPE examination schedule.”
