THE Arouca Police Station has resumed operations after an officer displayed flu-like symptoms last Thursday.
In a release the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) quoted Head of the Northern Division Senior Superintendent Sheldon David who said the officer was sent for testing and the results returned negative for Covid-19.
“The station was completely sanitised the same day,” stated the release.
The station was reopened on Sunday and several units which have been affected by the closure are back into operation, the release stated.
