TWO years after the body of Andrea Bharatt was discovered down a precipice at the Height of Aripo, political leader of the Progressive Empowerment Party (PEP) Phillip Edwards Alexander lit a candle in front of the Red House in Port of Spain.
He did the same thing on the day her body was discovered on February 4, 2021.
