MORUGA – Police are investigating how a ten-month-old baby fell off the second floor of an apartment building in Indian Walk, Moruga, last night.
Investigators said Javier Castillo was in the gallery playing with his five-year-old brother when he fell over.
His parents rushed him to the nearby health facility and he is now warded in a critical condition at the San Fernando General Hospital.
Police said the Children’s Authority has been informed and the baby’s Venezuelan parents as well as the landlord of the apartment building are being interviewed.
