THE Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) has invited tenders for the demolition and removal of the failed pipeline and supporting infrastructure at Godineau River, Mosquito Creek.

This comes following the line’s rupture in October 2022 and the steel structure that supported it fallen into the water.

The pre-bid meeting is expected to be held via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday.

Last Friday, WASA invited proposals for the bid.

Documents were to be issued via WASA Oracle ERP upon presentation of a receipt showing a non-refundable fee of $600 or US$100 from the Authority’s cashier at WASA’s head office, Farm Road, St. Joseph.
