THERE is expected to be a temporary traffic disruption along the Toco Road as repairs for the Emergency Replacement of a Culvert Crossing will be continued.
The Ministry of Works and Transport in a public notice advised that the traffic disruption will take place in the vicinity of the 26.8km mark, Balandra.
The works will be conducted within the period of October 26 to November 9. Motorists are expected to experience traffic disruptions and intermittent periods of stoppage during the hours of 6 pm to 5 am and 9 am to 3 pm daily.
Motorists are advised to proceed with extreme caution and observe all directional signs and barriers, follow instructions from police officers on-site to facilitate a safe and orderly flow of traffic and to be aware of heavy equipment entering and exiting the work zone.
The ministry apologised for the inconvenience and thanked the public for its cooperation.
