DR FAITH B. YISRAEL has been officially sworn in as Deputy Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly (THA).
She was sworn in on Monday by acting President Christine Kangaloo at the President’s House in Trinidad shortly after her nomination.
Dr B.Yisrael was elected as Deputy Chief Secretary during a special sitting of the THA at the Shaw Park Complex following Watson Duke’s resignation from the post.
She was nominated by Chief Secretary Farley Augustine.
Dr B.Yisrael retains the position of Secretary for the Division of Health, Wellness and Social Protection.
