FOR a third consecutive week, six persons have died of Covid-19.
The Ministry of Health in its latest update (#1,234), reported that for the period December 28, 2022, to January 3, 2023, there were 159 new positive cases.
The ministry also stated that 169, 381 boosters have been administered while 51.3% of the population of Trinidad and Tobago is fully vaccinated.

Total deaths by vaccination status as at January 3, 2023: 3,576 (not fully vaccinated), 323 (fully vaccinated), 390 prior to the vaccination programme.
Patients in hospital: 40
Total persons fully vaccinated: 718,188
Total persons not fully vaccinated: 681,812
Boosters administered: 169,381
