FORTY-four persons, including three soldiers and a police officer, are arrested at a “Zesser” party in La Horquetta on Sunday morning.
Based on information, officers responded to reports of a “Zesser” party in progress and went to Cordia Crescent, La Horquetta.
The soldiers are member of the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force (TTDF).
