COUNTY Victoria has 347 people in home isolation for Covid-19 in Trinidad and Tobago.
This was revealed by Chief Medical Officer Dr Roshan Parasram at the virtual media conference of the Ministry of Health on Wednesday.
He provided a pie chart which showed that country Victoria had 30.1% or 347 of the Covid-19 cases in the country.
The following is the breakdown:
Victoria – 347 or 30.1%
St George Central – 178 or 15.5%
Caroni – 144 or 12.5%
St David/St Andrew – 129 or 11.2%
St George West – 116 or 10.1%
St Patrick –104 or 9%
St George East – 93 or 8.1%
Nariva/Mayaro – 41 or 3.6%
The CMO stated that the number of people in the county of Caroni in home isolation without comorbidities were 167 and there were 32 with comorbidities.
In the county of Caroni, the CMO noted that diabetes and hypertension accounted for the majority of comorbidities with 12 or 32.4% and 10 or 27% respectively.

Diabetes – 12 or 32.4%
Hypertension – 10 or 27.1%
Asthma – 7 or 18.9%
Pregnancy – 3 or 8.1%
Pulmonary issues – 2 or 5.4%
