THE Ministry of Health has reported 223 new Covid-19 cases – the most since the pandemic began last year.
The Ministry of Health in its 4pm report on Wednesday (Update #708) stated that the 223 new cases were taken from samples obtained during April 25 to 27.
There were also two more deaths reported with the total now at 163.
Additionally, the number of positive cases since Trinidad and Tobago recorded its first case on March 12, 2021 has now crossed 10,000. The ministry reported that there were 10,170 positive cases reported so far.
